KAI SPORTS PRO 8MM COILED SUP LEASH - Calf Cuff with ERS

Kai Sports Pro Coiled 8mm SUP Surf Leash with ERS (Easy Release System).

Like all Kai Sports products, we set out to produce a top quality Coiled Leash to meet the needs of the most discerning rider.

For 2017/18 onwards, our very popular Pro Series Leash has been further refined with the Cuff webbing extending all the way to end of the Velcro for extra durability, and we have fitted a really easy to grab release tag in Bright Red, which is delightfully easy to slip a finger in, to ensure you are not fumbling for this important safety feature when you want to undo the cuff.

As before, we use only top quality 8mm (5/16") Polyurethane, secured between a durable swivel connector and 'Multi Velcro Closure Rail Saver' at the board end, with the same quality swivel at the Cuff end.

We offer the nicely padded and comfortable cuff with ERS in either Ankle or Calf models, with all 7 colours in the range on the most popular 10' size, and Black only on 12' Leashes with Ankle Cuffs.

The Calf Cuff features all the same quality and improvements as the Ankle model, but also has the 1st 300mm of the Urethane leash left straight, to make it more comfortable in use - This is available in Black, Red, Blue and Green.

All cuffs also have a small coin pocket, and both types of Cuff can be interchanged between all of different leashes easily

Ankle and Calf Cuffs are available as spare parts, along with the Rail Saver.

As the company that introduced the idea of multiple colours as well as traditional Black, we continue to offer the entire 10-foot range of the Ankle Cuff in 6 exciting and distinctive colours of Coiled Urethane, so you can pick Blue, Green, Magenta, Orange, Red or Yellow to add a brighter side to your SUP/Surf life!

Primarily designed for flat water and downwind SUPing, where the coils will sit comfortably on the deck of the board, eliminating drag and accumulation of weed, they are also suitable for use in modest swells & waves, but we recommend traditional straight leashes for safety when waves start getting over 1m high.

These leashes are supplied as an aid to on water comfort only. Use does not negate the requirement for good 'watercraft' and 'common sense' from the user.

Please assess all aspects that can affect your safety as well as others, including tides and weather, and never be afraid to seek guidance from locals if you are at an unfamiliar location before entering the water.

Remember to check all of your equipment for damage or defect before use, as well as it's suitability for the intended use and conditions, along with your own ability to handle what you are about to take on!

Warranty is limited to material or manufacture defect in the leash only, for 2 years from the date of purchase by the original owner, and in the event of a justified claim, no repayment or replacement will exceed the original purchase price of the leash.
